Air France-KLM Withdraws From Tender For Privatisation Of CSA

Air France-KLM announced on Wednesday that it has informed the Czech Ministry of Finance that it has decided to withdraw from the tender process for the privatisation of Ceske aeroliniea (CSA).

The company stated that due to the impact of the current economic environment of the airline industry, CSA ought to focus on developing and implementing a stand-alone recovery plan with the aim of restoring its profitability.

According to Air France-KLM, it now hopes to strengthen its existing partnership with CSA and to explore potential new areas of cooperation with the airline.
