Millions of passengers face stealth fare rises as a number of major airlines, including British Airways, impose new charges for checking in more than one bag.
Desperate to raise extra cash, airlines have cut the limit on baggage in a move which could add at least £100 to the cost of a holiday for a family of four.

Airlines are increasing fees to check baggage.
US Airways has announced it will be charging 20 dollars to check a single bag, 30 dollars for a second bag, and 50 dollars to check a second bag on transatlantic flights.
Delta is collecting 15 dollars for a single checked bag on domestic flights and 50 dollars for a second bag on flights to Europe. Read more
